MABUCO — an acronym for Malayan Building Consortium — was originally established in 2018.

The name embodies our ambition to build a consortium of excellence, where construction, architectural design, and property development work seamlessly together to deliver meaningful, high-impact solutions across Malaysia’s evolving landscape.

With a decade in construction, he holds a deep passion for architecture and a Bachelor of Environment with a major in Architectural Studies from the University of Melbourne. He founded MAA Design and MABUCO Sdn Bhd and acquired Chandikhan Bina Sdn Bhd, formerly JuruBina Bersatu, in 2022. Partnering with MABUCO Land Sdn Bhd, he rebranded as the Malayan Building Consortium (MABUCO), representing a notable pivot towards the construction industry in contrast to JuruBina Bersatu’s previous focus.

Co-Founder, Executive Director
A Senior Associate Director at T&T Architect Sdn Bhd with a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne and over 12 years of experience in a licensed architect firm, he excels in designing both high-rise and low-rise buildings, as well as factories. His exceptional work as a distinguished architect has earned him international acclaim, underscoring his profound expertise and professional dedication.

Group Chief Operations Officer
With experience of more than 26 years as a Project Director, his expertise lies in high-rise buildings, design and built, landed residential and commercial projects. The latest holding position known as Deputy COO from Putra Perdana. Holding an Honors degree in civil engineering from University of Technology Malaysia. His widely experience contributed to many successful project such as One Menerung Bangsar, 28 Boulevard, Ara Green, Menara Putrajaya Holding, with the achievement of Green Building Index (GBI) Gold Award.
